Job Description

The internship focuses on gaining hands-on experience in crucial aspects of human resources management including recruitment, employee relation issues, compensation management and HR administration. Responsibilities include assisting in screening resumes, scheduling and coordinating interviews, updating employee databases, and providing support in organizational development. In addition to this, the intern will contribute to special HR projects to enhance employee engagement activities.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates should be pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, psychology, or a related discipline. They should have excellent communication skills, a high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail and well-developed multi-tasking abilities. Prior experience in HR or a professional setting would be beneficial, although not compulsory. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential for this role.
