We are currently looking for a proactive, customer-focused intern to join our dedicated Reception / Reservations team in the heart of Faro, Portugal.

Your Role

You will play an instrumental role on our hospitality desk, offering warm welcomes and expert guidance to our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include:

- Cordially greeting guests and attending to their check-in and check-out professionally
- Effective management of reservations, cancellations, adjustments, billing processes
- Liaising with our international teams to coordinate room allocation and special requests
- Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and providing timely solutions.
- Acting as an ambassador for the brand, working collaboratively to maintain our reputation for excellence

Job Requirements

We are looking for bright, ambitious individuals who thrive in high-pressure environments. Your qualifications should include:

- Currently studying or recent graduate in hospitality, tourism, or related fields
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Additional languages a plus
- Technological savvy – competent in MS Office and familiar with reservation systems
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
