We are on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation/Reception Intern to join our esteemed multinational corporation's branch in Faro, Portugal.

Job Description:

The intern will provide an integral aid in front-end operations, combining exceptional guest service skills and reservations proficiency. Duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Professionally welcome and direct visitors
• Handle booking and cancellation enquiries in an efficient manner
• Update customer records in the reservations system, including notes about interactions
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth visitor transitions
• Administrative support that includes paperwork, booking management and problem resolution

Job Requirements:

Candidates who are current students or recent graduates from a Business Administration or Hospitality program are encouraged to apply and must have:

• Strong understanding of customer service principles
• Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Ability to face pressure situations with a calm demeanor
• Building beneficial and professional relationships with clients

Native Portuguese and proficient English speakers are preferred. Prior front desk or hospitality experience will be a bonus.
