Job Description:

As a Reception / Reservations Intern, your key tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Assistance in managing the reception area and coordinating reservations
• Providing efficient and courteous services to clients and visitors
• Answering inquiries through telephone calls and emails
• Coordinating accommodation requests and managing room booking software
• Assisting in updating reservation system data, including guest information and reservation status
• Supporting the organization and execution of events, meetings, and conferences

Job Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Currently studying or recent graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or relevant field.
• Conversational in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have basic knowledge of hospitality software and office applications.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Possess a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
