Job Description:

The successful candidate will participate in all stages of event planning, from concept to execution. Specific tasks will include:

- Assisting in event design, sourcing venues, and arranging for equipment and supplies.
- Contributing to event budgets and tracking expenses to ensure they remain within planned limits.
- Managing communications with clients, vendors and team members to ensure event success.
- Supporting post-event assessments and producing detailed reports to assist in future event planning.

Job Requirements:

Seeking a candidate who is currently pursuing or has recently completed a Degree in Events Management or related field. Additional requirements include:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of project management principles.
- Proficient in MS Office or similar software.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
