Internship Vacancy: Events Management Intern (Faro, Portugal)
Our illustrious enterprise, known for its innovative strings of highly successful events, is seeking an energetic and passionate Events Management Intern to join our team in Faro, Portugal. The chosen candidate will gain hands-on experience in managing all aspects and stages of our corporate events, from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating a wide variety of events.
- Support the events team in creating event proposals, budgets and timelines.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms and services.
- Assist in coordinating logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, catering, and transportation arrangements.
- Promote our events through various media channels.
- Participate in post-event evaluations to determine how future events can be improved.
Job Requirements
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Event Management or Hospitality Management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Flexibility with working hours as some events may occur during evenings and weekends.
