Event Management Intern - Faro, Portugal

Tasks Description
You will be involved in the following activities:
- Assisting in the planning, organization and execution of events.
- Supporting in logistics, vendor coordination and event promotions.
- Preparing event-related documents such as budgets, schedules, and post-event reports.
- Contributing to social media publicity and direct communications with clients.
- Participating in meetings and networking events.
- Conducting market research to stay updated with industry trends.
Job Requirements
The Ideal candidate should have:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Marketing or any related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Portuguese will be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel.
- A valid driver’s license.
