Job Description

As an English Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our school. Your primary duties shall include:

• Assist main instructor in delivering English classes, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning environment.
• Develop and implement educational activities to enhance students' understanding of the English language.
• Provide individualized feedback and support to students struggling with their English proficiency.
• Evaluate students' progress by conducting tests and providing constructive feedback.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and other professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with the school's standards and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education or related field. Previous teaching experience is a plus.
• Proficient in English (C2 level or native speaker), with strong communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is an asset.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Open-minded and flexible with respect to teaching diverse student groups.
• Proactive and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Current teaching certification or willingness to obtain one.
