Job Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in preparing and delivering English language lessons, including creating engaging materials and resources.
• Support students in developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through group activities and individualized guidance.
• Facilitate conversational English practice sessions to enhance students' fluency and confidence in speaking.
• Help assess student progress and provide feedback to both students and teachers regarding areas for improvement.
• Organize and participate in cultural activities that promote language immersion and practical use of English.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and respects diversity.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to enhance the overall educational experience.

Job Requirements

• A degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring English as a foreign language is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
