Job Description:
Your responsibility would include supporting the planning, organization, and execution of various events such as corporate meetings, trade shows, conferences, and special events. You would be working directly with our team of seasoned event planners in producing timelines, managing inventory, preparing event spaces, and coordinating with vendors. You will also gather post-event feedback and help in developing strategies for future events.
Job Requirements:
Our ideal candidate is currently studying or has just finished a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Previous experience in organizing, planning, or supporting events will be a big plus. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required, and knowledge of other languages will be considered as an additional asset. Excellent communication, multitasking capabilities, and a keen attention to detail are crucial for this role. Moreover, willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, is expected.
