Internship Opportunity in Reception / Reservations (Evora, Portugal)

We have an opening in our Evora branch for bright, ambitious, and enthusiastic interns who aspire to make a difference in the field of Reception and Reservations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an organized and efficient reception desk; answering and forwarding phone calls, handling various inquiries.
- Handling room bookings, guest check-ins/check-outs while ensuring that all details are correctly recorded and guests’ needs are met.
- Communicating effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Learning various reservation systems and managing booking platforms to optimize room occupancy.
- Troubleshooting reservation and billing issues, and dealing effectively with customer complaints and queries.
- Accepting payment for accommodations and ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A natural passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Good organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
- Conversational level English is a must; knowledge of other languages will be a bonus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
