We have an opening in our Evora branch for bright, ambitious, and enthusiastic interns who aspire to make a difference in the field of Reception and Reservations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining an organized and efficient reception desk; answering and forwarding phone calls, handling various inquiries.
• Handling room bookings, guest check-ins/check-outs while ensuring that all details are correctly recorded and guests’ needs are met.
• Communicating effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Learning various reservation systems and managing booking platforms to optimize room occupancy.
• Troubleshooting reservation and billing issues, and dealing effectively with customer complaints and queries.
• Accepting payment for accommodations and ensuring accurate recording of transactions.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A natural passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Good organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
• Conversational level English is a must; knowledge of other languages will be a bonus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
