Roles and Responsibilities

- Handling guests' check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
- Facilitating the reservation process by communicating with guests via phone, email or face-to-face
- Managing room bookings and inquiries by accurately using the reservation system
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure guests' requests and complaints are effectively resolved
- Assisting in planning events and maintaining a vivid record of guests' stays and preferences

Job Requirements

- Candidates in their final year of study or recent graduates in Hospitality Management or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Availability to work on a rotational shift basis, including nights, weekends, and holidays
