Roles and Responsibilities

- Support the creation and improvement of products and menu items by contributing innovative ideas
- Assist with quality control, ensuring our products are adhering to the highest food and safety standards
- Participate in inventory management, maintaining accurate logs, and proposing adjustments as necessary
- Assist in conducting market research and formulating strategies for both local and international markets
- Collaborate with varied department heads, gaining comprehensive knowledge about the industry

Job Requirements

- An ongoing or completed higher education degree in food science, business administration, or related fields
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English is a must
- Strong interest in the food and beverage industry, demonstrated either through education or personal pursuits
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
