Internship Opportunity in Event Management - Evora, Portugal

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supporting the event management team in the planning and organisation of diverse events.
- Assisting with the coordination and management of suppliers and event logistics.
- Participating in the development of event briefs, designing creative concepts and themes.
- Assisting with the management and preparation of event budgets.
- Supporting the team in managing communication with clients.
- Participating in on-site event management.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a undergraduate or Master’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with a high learning curve for specialized software tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and in teams.
