Job Description:

As a Human Resources Intern, you will be right in the heart of operations providing support to our HR team. You will be performing a range of tasks such as:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Support HR administrative tasks including maintaining HR records, processing documents, creating reports
- Help organize and coordinate HR projects like team building events, workshops, etc.
- Work closely with the HR team on HR policy updates and compliance issues
- Aid in new hire onboarding process and employee orientation programs.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to gain valuable hands-on experience in human resources. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

- Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a high degree of initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with HR software is a plus
