Position: Customer Service Representative Intern

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our Customer Service Internship Programme, an opportunity that exposes participants to the inner workings of a globally successful corporation and offers unparalleled career experience on the track toward longer-term employment.

Job Responsibilities

- Facilitate and manage effective communication between customers and company departments.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, both online and offline, providing accurate product and service information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and service quality.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to update knowledge about company products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments as well as actions taken.

Qualifications and Personal Requirements

- Current undergraduate or recent graduate from an accredited university, majoring in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to adapt to changing business needs.
