Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Spanish Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team of educators. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the lead instructor in planning and implementing engaging Spanish lessons
- Evaluating and tracking students’ progress
- Assisting students in improving their Spanish skills through interactive activities and exercises
- Providing feedback and guidance to students during their learning journey
- Collaborating with fellow educators to share best teaching practices and techniques
- Proactively addressing any educational or classroom-related issues
Job Requirements
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Native-level fluency in Spanish
- A degree in education, Spanish language, or a related field
- At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in language education
- A comprehensive knowledge of Spanish grammar and vocabulary
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A patient, positive, and compassionate teaching approach
