Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Education/Teaching Assistant who will support our teaching staff in delivering a top-notch educational experience. This position plays a critical role in designing inclusive educational programs, assisting students in their learning process, promoting a positive learning environment, and evaluating student progress.

Tasks

- Supporting teaching staff in the preparation and delivery of lessons.
- Assisting students in their learning process including those with special educational needs.
- Marking students' classwork under the direction of the teaching staff.
- Contributing to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Monitoring and assessing students’ progress and providing feedback.

Job Requirements

- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
- Teaching Assistant certification will be advantageous.
- Prior experience in a similar capacity is essential.
- Excellent command of the English language. Familiarity with other languages will be a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to work with digital teaching platforms and technology.
