Job Description

You will be the 'face' of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The position involves extensive communication with customers, team members, and other stakeholders. Key tasks include; managing phone calls and reservations, handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing mail, scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating front-desk activities, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

Applicants must be current students or recent graduates with a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a relevant field. Proficient English and Portuguese language skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory. Previous experience in a similar role will be beneficial. Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask and manage time effectively, along with excellent communication and decision-making skills, are essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of office management systems and procedures are also required.
