Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated intern to join our kitchen team in Coimbra, Portugal. The successful candidate will support meal preparation, learning diverse culinary techniques, and gaining valuable experience in a professional kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of various appetizers, main courses, and dessert dishes under the guidance of our executive chefs
- Uphold highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the kitchen
- Learn and adhere to food handling and safety regulations
- Contribute to menu planning and preparation of specialty dishes
- Work closely with team members on food presentation and delivery

Job Requirements

- Enrolled in a Culinary Arts, Hospitality or related program
- Capacity to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Exceptional communication skills and teamwork oriented attitude
- Basic understanding of cooking methods and kitchen equipment
- Keenness to learn, an innovative approach, and a passion for food
