Internship Position: Management Intern

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing organizational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct market research and gather data to support management decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, providing insights and assisting in project management.
• Support the coordination of projects and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, analyzing performance metrics.

• Engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
