Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated English Teaching Assistant to join our teaching staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Supporting the Lead English Teacher in implementing the curriculum.
Assisting students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts presented by the Lead English Teacher.
Correlating teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
Using experiential learning strategies to engage students and enhance their language comprehension fluency.
Monitoring students' progress and providing regular feedback to ensure optimal learning.
Participating in staff meetings, training workshops, and other professional development activities.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should:

Possess a Bachelor's degree in English Language, Teaching, or a related field.
Have a CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent teaching certification.
Exhibit at least one year of English teaching experience, preferably in a language school setting.
Exceptional command of the English language and proficient in the use of varied teaching methods.
Be able to adapt to different student learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
