Job Responsibilities

As an English teaching assistant, you will:

-Assist lead English language teachers in planning and conducting lessons.
-Work with individual students or small groups to enhance their language skills.
-Create and manage a stimulating and interactive learning environment.
-Support the preparation and administration of assessments and examinations, as well as record and monitor students’ development.
-Contribute to the organization of school events and extracurricular activities.
-Participate in teacher meetings and training sessions.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

-A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
-Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Knowledge of Portuguese or another foreign language will be an added advantage.
-Proven experience working in a similar capacity in a language school setting will be highly regarded.
-Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
-Flexibility, creativity, and a strong team spirit.
