- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of events.

- Maintain event budgets, prepare financial and statistical reports.
- Enhance guest experiences by assisting in delivering high-quality services.
- Support in managing vendors, sponsors, speakers, attendees, and other stakeholders.
- Build and update event invitations, website pages, and email campaigns.

Job Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Event Management, Communication, Marketing or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and event management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, people-oriented approach.
