Role Responsibilities:

As a Reception / Reservations Intern, your key duties will include:

  • Managing front desk duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications of bookings for our range of services.
  • Maintaining customer service standards while responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.

Job Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
