Internship Description

We are seeking a motivated individual for a Food and Beverage Management Internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain industry knowledge and experience in a well-established organization. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in food and beverage operations, including menu planning, food preparation, safety regulation compliance, and inventory management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.
- Contribute to customer service efforts, ensuring all guests experience the highest levels of hospitality and satisfaction.
- Participate in meetings, offering input on projects, process improvements and solutions.
- Assist in financial aspects including budget development, cost control measures, and performance analysis.

Job Requirements

- Studying towards or recently graduated from a degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Strong passion for Food and Beverage industry and desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
