- Assisting in the preparation of high-quality dishes according to the executive chef's instructions
- Ensuring all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Helping with inventory control, including receiving and storing food deliveries
- Learning about new cooking techniques and concepts in the culinary world
- Assisting in the kitchen’s cleaning and sanitization tasks
- Contributing to a friendly, cooperative and productive work environment

Job Requirements:This is an entry-level role; however, completion or ongoing studies in Culinary Arts is desirable. We expect our Interns to:

- Have basic knowledge of food preparation, safety and hygiene
- Be able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
