JOB DESCRIPTION

The intern will collaborate with our talented team for the successful execution of various events happening in Braga. Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in event preparation and coordination
• Managing vendor and sponsorship relationships
• Attending and overseeing onsite event activations
• Compiling post-event evaluations and reports
• Supporting in promotional initiatives to leverage event exposure

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• In progress or recently completed degree in Event Management or related fields
• Self-driven, with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Resourceful, with strong problem-solving abilities
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to adhere to job safety requirements
