Job Description & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of advertising campaigns, assisting with market research, consumer insights, creative ideation, media placement, and campaign analysis. Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concept directions
• Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies and goals

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or currently studying Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Interactive marketing skills are a plus. Previous internship experience within a related field is highly desirable.

Personal Requirements

Must be a self-starter with a passion for marketing and advertising. Excellent teamwork skill, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Attention to detail and capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously, whilst adhering to deadlines.
