Job Responsibilities

  • Assist lead instructors in delivering engaging lessons focused on the German language, covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
  • Support students in their language learning journey by providing additional practice and clarification on language concepts.
  • Contribute to the preparation and organization of teaching materials, lesson plans, and classroom resources.
  • Facilitate language workshops and cultural activities to enhance students’ understanding and appreciation of German culture.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and recommending resources for improvement.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to student records, attendance tracking, and exam preparation.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in German language, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in language teaching or tutoring is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with diverse learners.
  • Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Adaptability and creativity in teaching methods to engage students effectively.
