Internship Opportunity in Hospitality/Tourism in Aveiro, Portugal
Our well-established and globally recognized company is currently searching for motivated and dynamic interns to join our team in Aveiro, Portugal in the domain of Hospitality and Tourism. We offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment that demands both technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.
Job Description
The intern will assist in a variety of functions including but not limited to:
- Participation in strategic planning and execution of hospitality and tourism plans.
- Supporting the implementation of customer service strategies.
- Assisting with market research, data analysis and reporting.
- Communicating with clients and partners, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Participating in various onsite tasks and coordinating with team members to fulfill client requests.
- Reviewing operational processes and suggesting improvements as necessary.
Job Requirements
- A degree or pursuing a degree in tourism, hospitality management or similar field.
- A passion for hospitality and tourism industry.
- Total fluency in English and Portuguese, other language skills will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office.
- Availability for a 6 to 12-month full-time internship.
