The Role

Currently, we have an opening for an intern position in our Aveiro, Portugal facility. This role presents an opportunity to become fully equipped in the diverse realm of food and beverage, foster one’s professional skills and enrich their understanding of the global F&B Industry.

Job Description:

The prospective intern will assist in the following:

• Conduct thorough market research for potential products and consumer trends.
• Assist in product development processes.
• Maintain and track inventory of supplies, ingredients, and finished products.
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to drive product promotion strategies.
• Comply with hygiene, health and safety regulations in all undertaken tasks.
• Support in quality assurance checks and production planning.
• Assist in meeting regulation guidelines and maintaining documentation.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must:

• Possess or be working towards a Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts or any related study.
• Be fluent in English, written and spoken. Proficiency in Portuguese will be an added advantage.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
• Have a passion for the Food and Beverage industry.
