Internship Vacancy: Kitchen/Cook Intern

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual seeking an internship in the Kitchen/Cook role. This is an opportunity to learn and develop skills in a professional kitchen under the guidance of experienced chefs.

Job Description

The intern will assist in meal preparation, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, learn to prepare dishes according to our unique recipes, and provide support to our kitchen staff. Other duties include assisting in inventory management and learning about food hygiene and safety regulations within the kitchen.

Personal Qualifications

We're looking for committed individuals who have a passion for food and learning. The ideal candidate should be pursuing a degree in culinary arts or related field. Basic knowledge and understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques are required. The candidate should have good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Job Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in, or recent graduates from, a related culinary arts program. They should understand basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment, have strong time management skills, and be willing to follow company policies and standards. A basic understanding of Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
