Job Description

As a Kitchen/Cook Intern, your role will be pivotal in our restaurant operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting in food preparation, adhering to recipes, coordinating with fellow culinary team members to ensure timely service, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and learning and implementing standard kitchen procedures and protocols. You will receive direct supervision from our experienced Chefs, providing you the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates must be currently pursuing or have completed a degree/diploma in Culinary Arts or its equivalent. Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques is essential. The ability to follow instructions, work in a fast-paced environment, and function as part of a team is necessary. Candidates should also be willing to commit to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
