Job Description
The successful candidate will support classroom teachers in preparing for lessons, setting up learning materials and aiding in students' learning processes. The candidate will also help create a positive and inclusive learning environment, taking part in managing students' behaviour and implementing strategies and adaptive teaching methods for students with different needs and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in developing lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Assist in classroom activities and guide students in their learning processes.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and enforce school policies.
- Support students with diverse needs through differentiated instructional strategies.
Job Requirements
Candidates should have a relevant degree or teaching qualification, plus experience working in a school environment, preferably in a similar role. Strong communication and organizational skills are vital. A high level of fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential.
Personal Requirements
