The selected candidates will play a fundamental role in enriching the quality of education provided to the students and support the teaching staff in the development and execution of educational programs and student management strategies.

Key responsibilities

- Support the preparation and organization of teaching materials and classroom environments
- Assist in planning, execution and evaluation of educational programs and classroom activities
- Work closely with students individually and in groups to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers
- Assist teachers in observing, recording, and evaluation students’ performance, behaviour and social development
- Provide additional support to students with special needs under the guidance of specialised staff
- Manage classroom administrative tasks and maintain students records
- Assist in school events, outings and wide array of activities

Job requirements

- A bachelor's degree, preferably in education, psychology or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Genuine passion for education and working with children
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage challenges and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of child development and latest education theories and practices
