Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will involve a wide variety of responsibilities such as:

• Assisting in the planning and coordination of weddings, under the direct supervision of an experienced wedding planner.
• Creating and managing vendor relationships.
• Communicating with clients to identify their needs and expectations.
• Assisting in event design, from concept to day-of execution.
• Maintaining and updating detailed planning timelines, vendor lists and floor plans.
• Participating in on-site wedding set-ups, rehearsals, ceremonies and receptions, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Current student or recent graduate in Event Planning, Hospitality, Communication or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Great written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish.
• A positive, can-do attitude, ability to work under pressure and willingness to work unconventional hours.
