Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing raw data: dealing with noise, missing values and errors.
  • Building and validating predictive models.
  • Visualizing data and creating reports using appropriate business intelligence tools.
  • Integrating various data sources.
  • Collaborating with different teams (such as engineering and product) to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Conducting both casual and deep dive data analyses.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently studying or a recent graduate in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with data query languages (SQL), scripting languages (Python, R), and statistical/mathematical software (SAS, SPSS, MATLAB, STATA).
  • Familiar with big data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, Pig) and machine learning techniques.
  • Related projects or work experience is a plus.
  • Good command of the English language.
