Internship Vacancy: Events Coordinator in Warsaw, Poland

We are a highly-regarded global company with a strong presence in the Polish market and a member of the Fortune 500 company. We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated intern to be a part of our dynamic events team in Warsaw, the bustling capital city of Poland.

Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, execution, and evaluation of a broad range of events such as conferences, trade shows, product launches, and training sessions.
- Research prospective event locations and liaise with vendors.
- Support in drafting event budgets and ensure adherence.
- Design promotional materials and coordinated distribution.
- Maintain event databases and assisted in data processing.
- Cater to client requests and concerns efficiently.
- Aid in the management of social media platforms in coordination with our marketing team.

Qualifications

- Must be currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communication or related field.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative, adaptability and teamwork skills.

Experience in event planning will be a plus, but not a requirement. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of an award-winning Events team and to gain crucial industry knowledge and practical experience.
