Tasks Description

Duties will vary but include chopping, peeling, and prepping food items, understanding and implementing cooking techniques and recipes, observing food and beverage preparation and presentation, and assisting with inventory control. Apart from these, the intern will have integral roles in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.

Job Requirements

Prospective candidates must be attending or have recently completed a culinary program or similar. A basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills is crucial, as well as knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. The ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds is required, and the capability of standing, moving, and working during the entire shift.
