Job Description

As an intern in our Reception / Reservations department, you will gain valuable insights into hotel operations and enhance your professional skills through practical experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in managing reservations and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
• Responding to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional service and support.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain accurate records and updated information on room availability.
• Handling guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
• Participating in administrative tasks, including filing and managing bookings in our computer system.
• Contributing to team meetings and providing suggestions for improving guest services.

Job and Personal Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A passion for hospitality and a positive, friendly attitude towards guests and team members.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Polish or another language is an advantage.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A university degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
