Job Description

As an Industrial Engineering Intern, you will:

- Assist in optimizing our manufacturing processes and design, implementing new strategies, and enhancing system performance.
- Analyze workforce utilization, machine operation, and production schedules to identify waste and non-value-added operations.
- Track metrics and produce reports related to efficiency, performance, and productivity.
- Work with cross-functional teams in improving overall factory flow and layout.
- Assist with inventory management, demand planning, and quality control.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

- Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other drafting tools.
- Fluency in both Polish and English.
- Eligibility to work in Gdansk, Poland.
