Job Description
Our collaborator is a renowned IT services provider representing a diverse workforce of +/- 200 employees from 33 nationalities. They are looking for an Internal Communications Intern in Luxembourg for a 6-month period.
Tasks
- In this role, you will be part of the Human Resources and Communication team. You will work closely with local departments, with the members of the Luxemburgish executive committee, and the HR European community.
- He/She is responsible for executing internal communications, leadership and employee engagement items, culture-change initiatives, and transformation communications in support of business strategy and priorities
- Participate in design and implement communication and engagement activities to achieve global objectives and tailored business outcomes.
- Maintain the leadership and employee engagement and annual internal communications plan.
- Contribute to align activities and strategic messages across audiences.
- Draft, edit and produce relevant and engaging messages, talking points, communications and content consistent with the global and local narrative and brand.
- Utilize a mix of channels (including digital and social, internally and externally) along with live interactions to reach and engage targeted internal audiences, identifying and implementing new approaches, technologies and innovations as required.
- Use metrics and insights generated to drive improvement in communication and engagement.
- Champion and deliver engagement and communication initiatives within business area(s) supported.
- Embed and champion good practice and communication capability within business area and its leaders and teams.
- Adhere to global corporate standards and governance for communications.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in communications/marketing.
- Previous internships in Communications / Marketing.
- Fluency in English & French is a pre-requisite.
- Excellent presentation and oral communication skills.
- An outstanding writer with the ability to create compelling messages that provides all levels of employees with a clear line of sight to business strategy.
- Ability to identify and analyze audience needs to deliver messages via the most appropriate mix of channels.
- Creative mindset with an ability to suggest new ideas and innovations.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- A “team player” with high accountability for his/her actions.
- Good collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management.
Conditions
- Monthly stipend of 1000-1200€.
