Job Description

The selected intern will engage in highly detailed work in the Industrial Engineering department. You would primarily be tasked with assisting in production process analysis, implementing process improvement strategies, developing manufacturing procedures, assisting with statistical quality control and maintaining industrial engineering information systems. You will be part of a team committed to driving operational excellence, optimising business performance, and ensuring process sustainability.

Job Requirements

Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with a GPA of above 3.0. A good understanding of IE principles, excellent analytical abilities, and a keen interest in continuous improvement methodologies are a crucial prerequisite. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks and proficiency in MS Office Suite are highly desirable. Previous experience or internship in the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage. Fluency in English and the local language Latvian is required.
