Job Responsibilities
As the Human Resources intern, you will support the overall HR function in delivering its strategic and operational goals. The role offers exposure to a wide range of HR disciplines including but not limited to, recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, performance management, and labor relations; here are some of your responsibilities:
- Assisting with the recruitment and selection process.
- Participating in employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping
- Coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training seminars
- Assisting with employee relations and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Administration of company benefit programs: Health, Travel, and Life Insurance.
Internship Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is currently pursuing or has recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Given the international reach of our company, proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality are crucial. Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory as training will be provided.
