The Role:

In this role, the successful Intern will work closely with our experienced event management team to organize and manage various corporate events. You will have the opportunity to assist in all stages of event planning, execution and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing events from inception to the end
• Coordinate with vendors and event contributors
• Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses
• Collaborate in the creation of promotional materials
• Provide support during events
• Conduct post-event assessments

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Event Management or related field
• Previous experience in event management or coordination is advantageous
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Italian and English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Must be able to work on multiple tasks concurrently
