Job Description

As a Reception / Reservations intern, you will be at the heart of daily operations, embodying our commitment to outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities include handling all reception and reservation-related tasks such as welcoming guests, processing customer reservations, managing schedules, handling inquiries, and troubleshooting problems. Act as the company's first point of contact, creating a positive impression and enhancing the customer's overall experience.

Task Details

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Navigating reservation systems to confirm bookings and avoid overbooking.
  • Assisting phone-based inquiries and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Ensuring that customer requests are communicated and completed effectively.
  • Supporting office management tasks including supply orders, record maintenance, and coordination of schedules.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must resoundingly possess the following qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Business or a related field.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian.
  • Possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Show proficiency in MS Office Suite and reservation systems.
