Description & Responsibilities:

As an intern in our Reception/Reservations team, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer service and fostering positive relationships with our valued clients. You will be the face and voice of our corporation, carrying out tasks such as:

- Handling reservation procedures for our various products and services
- Carrying out reception responsibilities including answering calls, managing correspondence and liaising with internal departments
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as report generation and data entry
- Helping develop and implement new strategies to improve departmental processes and operations

Job Requirements:

Successful applicants must:

- Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's degree program related to Business Administration, Tourism, or Hospitality
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Italian
- Have proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Possess strong organizational and time-management skills
- Be willing to learn new skills and systems within a fast-paced, professional environment
