Job Description

We are currently seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and dedicated intern to join our accomplished Customer Service Department. As an integral part of our team, you will be given the opportunity to:

  • Address customer inquiries and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer experience based on feedback.
  • Maintain and update customer contact databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate should comply with the following requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a related Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
