Job Description

The role of an Education/Teaching Assistant will be diverse, challenging, and rewarding. The primary purpose of this role is to support our teaching staff in providing high-quality education to our students.

• Provide classroom support throughout the day under the direct supervision of teaching staff.
• Support students with their learning and development activities.
• Assist teachers with preparing classroom materials and setting up learning environments.
• Supervise students during breaks and lunchtimes, ensuring safety and respectful behaviours.
• Aid teachers with maintaining student records and tracking students’ progress.

Job Requirements

Applicants need to have following qualifications and experiences:

• A Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Fluency in both Italian and English language.
• Experience of working with children or young adults in an educational setting is desirable.
• Understanding of Italian education system and curriculum.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
